TWO ROLL/FOUR ROLL CRUSHER
Used for breaking and crushing Flint, Quartz, Feldspar or other hard materials upto 30 mesh size, one pair of smooth rollers running in opposite directions crushes the materials to powder, Rollers are of Cast Steel, Driven by Belt & Pulleys. In case of 4 roll crusher one pair corrugated and one pair smooth Rollers are placed in certain height.
BALL MILL (WET & DRY GRINDING)
Used for grinding & mixing of minerals like Clay, Feldspar, Quartz & other materials. The drive is made through V-Belt on the shell or through Girth Gear and Pinion. VVFD are also available on customers demand.

DIAPHRAGM PUMP/HYDRAULIC FLOW CONTROL PUMP
The machine is suitable for feeding Filter Press. The machine is used for pumping clay slurry from the tank with certain pressure.
FILTER PRESS (POLY-PROPLIN/CAST IRON TYPE)
Used for expelling water from the slips and to make them into pasty cakes.
PUG MILL (DE-AIRING & NON –DEAIRING) The machine is used for intensive mixing and moistening Clay, ESP dust, Sponge Iron dust etc for processing ceramic /brick /refractories / sanitary wares /insulators and dust disposal system.

VIBRATING SCREEN (DRY &WET)
The main elements of Vibrating Screen are Live Frame, Shaft and Exciter. It is driven by motor and spring support which retain the frame at required slope which make circular motion. 2 Nos. Vibro motors are fitted on the live frame, which rotates in opposite direction, and generate linear motion. It can by dry & wet screen.
It is an Electro mechanical Vibrator Feeder. The Pan of the feeder is mounted on 4 Nos. Heavy Duty Coil Spring. Two Nos. Vibration duty motor is fixed on the Pan. The Pan is having wear resistant liner.
STEEP ANGLE CONVEYOR
It is an integrated combination of Belt Elevator and Belt conveyor. The belt conveyor usually requires longer length due to limitation of inclination (16 – 180) where as Bucket elevator is very prone to frequent maintenance. Hence where space is limited STEEP ANGLE CONVEYORS with maintenance free feature is the only viable solution. The system is economical and having less power consumption than an equivalent belt conveyor.
